Meet OurPeople

Levent is in the real estate industry for close to 20 years with a strong personal track record in commercial real estate. Holding an M.Sc. Degree in Real Estate Development and a B.Sc. Degree in Urban & Regional Planning both from Istanbul Technical University, he worked with diverse local and global companies in brokerage, business development and valuation in Istanbul, Türkiye. 

  

Before coming to Canada, he worked within a big Turkish conglomerate for land acquisitions and then worked as the Head of Industrial & Investment Agency of a global consultancy company in Istanbul. In both groups, he worked on numerous projects completing transactions close to 7,000,000 sq ft. in the last few years.

  

Prior to joining CDNGLOBAL team in Montreal, Levent worked as Senior Analyst for almost three years in the Montreal office of one of the top valuation companies in Canada where he developed his skills and knowhow in Montreal commercial real estate market. Currently, Levent deals with office, industrial, retail and land transactions helping landlords, tenants and buyers in line with their requirements.
